Cream and white colours are not acceptable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Police report \/ Affidavit for all Lost or Stolen passports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Citizenship Certificate (for citizens by registration \/ if one or both parents are\u00a0 \u00a0Zimbabwean\u00a0 citizens by descent or if the applicant was born out of Zimbabwe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0For minors below the age of 18, the following are also required;\u00a0 The father \/ mother or\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0legal guardian has to be present to sign Section 5 or the application form.\u00a0 The signatory\u2019s\u00a0 \u00a0passport \/ ID is required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Passport Form Cost US$20.00 payable to the Embassy in cash<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applicants make payments of application fees and submit passport application forms to the Registrar General\u2019s Office in Zimbabwe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>PLEASE NOTE: THE EMBASSY DOES NOT SUBMIT PASSSPORT APPLICATION FORMS OR APPLICATION FEES ON BEHALF OF APPLICANTS.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Passport application requirements Originals and photocopies of the following Passport Form Cost US$20.00 payable to the Embassy in cash Applicants make payments of application fees and submit passport application forms to the Registrar General\u2019s Office in Zimbabwe.
